Here are some things to consider for presenting your home in a positive manner:

Exterior

• Mow and edge yard, trim shrubs
• Make front entry inviting - paint door, buy new door mat, plant new flowers
• If window screens are damaged, replace or repair them
• Repair or replace any worn exterior trim
• Insure all exterior lights are in working order
• Check exterior paint for cracks, or peeling paint
• Clean and organize garage, remove any oil stains from flooring or driveway
• Clean pool/spa, if applicable
• Inspect fences, gates and latches, repair or replace as needed

Interior

• Shampoo carpet and clean tile, repair or replace if needed
• Paint interior walls, if needed
• Clean windows and window coverings
• Repair leaky faucets
• Remove clutter throughout house. Organize and clean out pantry/closets

• Replace Air Conditioning filter and clean air return
